Worship @ the Farm
There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heaves. Ecclesiastes 3:1
Here's our working plan. We pray that it brings glory God! 

• Worship begins 9:30am at 6004 76th Ave, Fairfax
• Service is outdoors on the grass in front of the shed. Bring a blanket or chairs. 
• Kids Life Group happens during the message.
• If you'd like to attend in person but remain in your car, we have a live broadcast of the service via FM radio
• For those worshipping at home, a live stream of the service will be available at 9:30 via Facebook Live. 

Rain plan

• If the in-person service needs to be canceled due to weather, we'll let you know via email, Facebook, and our website by 7 am Sunday morning.
• A live service will be broadcast at 9:30 via Facebook Live.
• A video of the service will be available Sunday afternoon on YouTube. 

Disciple
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and the Holy Spirit. Matthew 28:19
Middle Youth We had a great time together 8/30 building out what it looks like to live a life of Faith over Fear. Isaiah 41:9–10 was our guide. Here's a video of highlights from the afternoon. And a copy of our Faith over Fear reading plan if you would like to read your Bible with us!  Next Middle Youth is Sunday, Sept 27 from 1 to 4 pm. 
Bible 101 Classes Find links to all the Bible 101 classes on our website. Led by Pastor Craig, this 4-class series was recently presented and is an awesome intro to the Bible. Handouts and videos of the classes are online for you! 
Worship @ the Farm this week—Kids Life Group! The kids are invited to come together for teaching, games, and community during the message. This week we're hosting a Prayer and Play service! 

Serve
Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. Romans 12:11
Gifts for the PBC Nursery Look for a bright red barn at service on Sunday. The barn will be adorned with wish list items for the PBC nursery. We are preparing to welcome the youngest among us and lead them to Christ with joyful play and story. 
Fabric Mask Update Our dedicated PBC seamstress Nancy Zahn crafted more than 300 masks for PBC over the last 4 months. She is transitioning to making masks for Prairie Schools now. Nancy is happy to make you a custom mask if you need. Just give her a ring: 319/558-6727.
Skills Survey We're building a simple database of where and how you would like to serve the Kingdom—@PBC and beyond. Here's a link to the fillable form. You are welcome to print and fill out the paper copy, submitting it at PBC in the Miracle Barn or save digital copy and send it to our coordinator Judy Griffith at griffhb@yahoo.com.

Pray

EMERGENCY RESPONSE Prayer Team. A dedicated team of 9 people have committed to stop everything to immediately pray for urgent needs. Reach out for prayer—the Prayer Warriors will call on God on your behalf.  Community 

• Praise to you Lord for your never ending presence with us. Please help us to live boldly in your ways, especially when we are uncertain.
• Prayers for discernment for our PBC community as we transition to indoor worship at our new facility in coming weeks. Lead us Lord. We will follow. 
• Prayers for healing and renewal for all suffering from and impacted by Covid-19. 
• Prayers for revival in the hearts of all. May the Gospel go out and be received by people right now across the Corridor and across the world. 

Personal

• Prayers for peace and an extra measure of strength for the Swaim family as new baby Kolton hopefully comes home from the hospital soon.
• Prayers for wisdom for the medical team treating friend Myrt who is battling new health concerns. Prayers for strength for Francis and Jolene who are caring for Myrt.​
