Worship

This Sunday We're walking through "The 1, 2, 3s of PBC"—all about our Core Values. Our theme this week is "What we believe about Communion."  We're grounded in Luke 22: 19–20.

Membership Sunday June 9 at 10 AM we'll gather at the Barn on 76th for worship, baptisms, and receiving members. It'll be simple, authentic, and all about Jesus.

Discover PBC This casual get together is with Pastor Craig and Lysia and intended for folks who are new to PBC. Great chance to get to know each other and learn more about our church and its ministries. Tuesday, May 14 at 6:30 at Kava House in Swisher.
Baptism Sunday We're hosting a baptism Sunday on June 9. Learn more about baptism here at Prairie Bible via this simple info sheet. Do you want to be baptized with our family here? If so, please contact Pastor Craig (cpeters5750@gmail.com).
Backyard Bible Camp—Save the Date! July 20. We're celebrating the love of Jesus with a Backyard Bible Camp for kids age 3 through 5th grade. It'll be an afternoon of fun, Bible, and worship, with an all-church potluck to follow. 
Kids Life Group Community + God’s Truth + Joy. Every Sunday Morning. Preschool through 6th grade. In May our attribute of God is immutable. What does it mean? How does God want us to live in light of our knowledge that He is immutable?

Serve
Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. Romans 12:11
Membership at PBC Sunday, June 9 we're celebrating charter members of PBC. Questions about membership? Here's an info document. If you are called to a member of this faith community, please fill out this membership form and share it with Pastor Craig. Also, send Pastor Craig an email (cpeters5750@gmail.com) to let him know you would like to participate in the membership Sunday on June 9.
Travel Size Toiletries The Ronald McDonald room in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at the University of Iowa is in need of travel size shampoo, toothpaste, lotions, etc. The toiletries are used by parents who spend the night with their children. We're collecting these items at PBC for the next two weeks. Look for a donation box near the welcome table.

8:50am PBC prayer Every Sunday. Join us near the welcome table as we praise God, praying over the upcoming service at PBC, the friends and visitors who walk through the doors, our ministry staff, and Prairie Hill. 
Community

• Praise for God’s faithful leadership in all things. Give us hearts that are open to wherever He is calling PBC.
• Prayers for continued faithfulness to God for all whose work is weather-dependent. May they find peace in God's good promises.

Personal

• Prayers for a successful knee replacement surgery for Barb Vosmek this week. Wisdom for the medical team and peace and strength for Barb during the healing process.
• Prayers for peace for Larry Furgison, father of Dede Price, as he stops chemo. May his remaining days be filled with the love of the Father.
• Prayers for bold healing for Steve Cleppe who was injured in a tire accident.
• Prayers for healing for Ethan who had jaw surgery recently. Ethan is the boyfriend of Kyra Lehman.
• Praise for positive news regarding son-in-law Eric's surgery.
• Praise that Kloie Lehman is healthy and celebrating her 18th birthday next week.
