Administrative Board Members
Judy Griffith - Board Chair
Judy is officially retired from her career as Human Resources Director at Norand/Intermec/Honeywell, but volunteers as the office manager for Hope Community Development. Judy keeps busy with her work and two grown sons, four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. She also participates in Bible studies and serves the Hearts and Hands Senior Ministry at PBC.
Cindy Borjas
Cindy is a food engineer, but her passion is working with special needs kids. She and her husband, José, have four kids: Abigail, Cataline, Nicolas, and Joseph. Alongside serving on the Ministry Board, Cindy regularly teaches in Kids Ministry.
Ed Clark
Ed is a U.S. Army veteran and retired Colorado State Patrol Trooper. He currently runs his own tool company with Cindy, his wife of 30 years. Ed and Cindy have two boys and two grandsons. In addition to serving on the Ministry Board, Ed participates in a Life Group and is a member of PBC’s Safety Team. His goal is to spread the gospel throughout his community.
Steven Exley-Schuman
Steve is twice retired but currently drives a concrete truck. He enjoyed earlier careers as a newspaper journalist and state government investigator. Steve and his wife, Rhonda, have been blessed by 30 years of marriage, eight children, and thirteen grandchildren—but their family is still growing! Steve also leads PBC’s Men’s Ministry and serves with 412 Youth.
Mathew Grimm
Mat works for 3E Electric Supply Company. He and his wife, Kenzie, have three kids: Rachel, Cadence, and Levie. Mat and Kenzie have been active PBC members since early on, and both also serve regularly on the worship team.
Tylor Petty
Tylor is a Christian Mental Health Counselor with Journey Counseling Services, which provides faith-integrated care to individuals and families. Tylor and his wife Abigail have been part of PBC since 2021 and recently welcomed their first son, Harrison. Tylor has served on the Ministry Board at PBC since 2024 and is also involved on both the audio-visual and worship teams.
Lysle A. Regennitter
Lysle is retired from Norand/Intermec/Honeywell in January 2015. He has three sons, two daughters-in-law, and nine grandchildren. Lysle came to PBC in 2020. Along with serving on the Ministry Board, he attends Bible studies, participates in the Men’s Ministry, serves on the Hospital Team, and leads the Tuesday night prayer meeting. Lysle enjoys working on classic cars, spending time with his family, and working his small farm with his son, Heath.
Brandy Schurbon
Brandy is a 5th-grade science teacher at Mt. Vernon Middle School. She has been a part of PBC since 2020 and volunteers in Kids Ministry on Sunday mornings and during vacation Bible school. Brandy, her husband, and their two daughters enjoy spending time together through sports and outdoor activities.
Christine Tiedeman
Christine has 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Legal, and currently works as Manager of Employee and Labor Relations at BAE Systems, Inc. She is the proud mom of Cole, Nicolas, and Anna. In her spare time, Christine enjoys gardening, cooking for her family, and getting lost in a good book. She serves on the Ministry Board at PBC and feels blessed to be part of such a faithful and welcoming community.
