Mark SteffensOPERATIONS MANAGER
Mark Steffens (Operations Manager) is retired from Norand/Intermec, where he served in various engineering management roles. Mark, his wife Tina, and their family have been part of PBC since its beginning in October of 2017. Drawing on his managerial experience, Mark serves PBC by managing all operational aspects such as facility needs and planning. He also oversees staff development and works closely with both leadership boards to coordinate their ministries.
