Administrative Board Members

Tyler Tjelmeland - Board Chair

Tyler is the Director of Sales and Project Management at T&K Roofing and Sheet Metal in Ely, IA. God has blessed Tyler with his wife, Alicia, and their three beautiful children: Claire, Drake, and Kate. A Cedar Rapids native and University of Iowa graduate, Tyler is committed to community involvement throughout the Corridor. He coaches his children in a variety of sports, volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and is active with the Prairie School Foundation.

Jeff Busbee

Jeff provides tax reduction, retirement, and estate planning strategies to individual clients and through public seminars. This is his first year on the Administrative Board. Jeff and his wife, Annette, have two sons and daughters-in-law, a grandson, and are excitedly awaiting the birth of a granddaughter. They were invited to PBC by their neighbors and have been active in worship, a Life Group, and Bible studies since the Fall of 2022.

Mike Greene

Mike works at Collins Aerospace as an ERP area in the IT department. He and his wife, Becky, and their family have been attending PBC since November of 2021. Mike and Becky share four children: Amber, Camden, Kaeleb, and Myka. In addition to the Administration Board, Mike serves on the praise team and leads a Life Group.

Kelly Lynott

Kelly is a lifelong educator, having been a homeschooling mom, supervising teacher at the Marion Homeschool Assistance Program, and a tutor for children and adults with dyslexia. She and her husband, Bob, have four children and eight grandchildren. Kelly serves as secretary for the Administrative Board, as well as participates in Bible studies and a Life Group.

Trachele March

Trachele works at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics as a cat scan technologist. Trachele and her husband, Dean, have one daughter, Emma. Trachele has been a part of PBC since 2017. In addition to serving on the Administrative Board, she is a member of the communion, medical/safety, and audio-visual teams.

Nancy Pink

Nancy has worked for MidAmerican Aerospace and its predecessors for 39 years as Director of Finance and, most recently, Secretary of the Board of Directors. Nancy has two grown sons who work with her and six grandchildren. Nancy serves as treasurer for the Administration Board, and participates in both Bible studies and a Life Group at PBC.

Eric Reese

Eric is a master plumber/project manager for Professional Plumbing Service. He and his wife, Shelly, have been PBC members since November 2017. They have two children, Michelle (married to Ryan Steffans) and Joe (married to Kara). Eric is also a member of the PBC Building Committee and Safety/Medical Team.

Courtney Melchert

Courtney is a cosmetologist and owns a hair salon in Swisher, IA. Courney, her husband, Dusty, and their 10-year-old daughter, Merritt, have been part of PBC since 2018. Courtney also sings on the worship team and is passionate about sharing the hope and love of Jesus with others.

Leo Wilz

Leo is a Director of Engineering at Skyworks Inc., where his team designs RF integrated circuits for mobile devices. Leo and his wife, Beth, have two grown sons who both graduated from Iowa State University. They have been part of PBC since August of 2021 and currently lead a Life Group. In their spare time, Beth and Leo love traveling the world and visiting their sons.
